Appraisal Event to Support Public Broadcasting March 22-24

Ever wondered if that piece you found in your Grandmother’s jewelry box was real or not? Ever wondered if that colored ring is a real gemstone and how much it is worth? Visit us for our annual Verbal Appraisal Event that supports NPR Public Broadcasting. How can a jewelry appraisal help out your public broadcasting stations? It’s easy! All you need to do is visit us at Carreras Jewelers on March 22-24. We are hosting a jewelry appraisal event on behalf of the Community Idea Stations. Simply bring in up to 5 pieces of jewelry between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22nd, Friday, March 23rd, or Saturday, March 24th for a verbal appraisal. The entire $35 appraisal fee will go to benefit the Community Idea Stations. For more information, call us at 282.7018.

Appraising is a complex procedure that is performed by professionals who are trained in the appraisal sciences. We are staffed by Certified Gemologists and Certified Gemologist Appraisers. It is recommended to have an updated jewelry appraisal every 3 to 5 years.
